I'm just saying I can understand why Ray likes him, even though I don't, he's a bit ruthless for my liking.

I get where your coming from ,I think in a way Simon did him a huge favour dropping him because he's happy with what he's doing it's his dream job,and as they say everything happens for a reason,and even though it took a while Grease was that reason

I hope Simon is sociable to him if they ever meet up - after all if Ray is successful it will reflect well on the X Factor as it proves they can find a star

Also don't the posters say something like 'Grease has the X factor'? So Ray being there is a plug for Simon's show

Simon is called 'Mr Nasty' but he gives an lot to charity so I heard.

Maybe he's just nasty for TV
